PAWDÉ sells dog apparel and related accessories.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its certified payment providers. PAWDÉ does not store or have access to your credit card information.

4. Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time USPS rates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
