At PAWDÉ, we take pride in the quality and design of our dog apparel.

Due to the nature of our products as clothing items for pets, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

All sales are final.

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To request a replacement or refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size for their pet before placing an order. We provide detailed size charts to assist with this.
